How to Delete Your Data
We are sorry to see you go! If you wish to permanently delete your PixeTD account and all associated data, you can do so directly from within the game.
Option 1: In-App (Recommended)
- Open the PixeTD app on your device.
- Tap on the Settings gear icon on the main menu.
- Scroll down to the Danger Zone section.
- Tap on Delete Account.
- Confirm your choice in the prompt.
This action will immediately and permanently erase your account, progress, and all data from our servers.
Option 2: Via Email
If you no longer have access to the app, you can request account deletion by emailing our support team. We will verify your identity and manually process the deletion.
